Meena Cheng

Meena is the founder and principal of Impact Financial. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner with more than 25 years of financial services experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah and has worked as a CPA in the Puget Sound area.

Meena has appeared as a financial professional on numerous radio and television programs, including CNBC’s Power Lunch. Between 2003 and 2007, she was a personal finance columnist for the King County Journal. In 2011, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, she was awarded the Five StarSM Wealth Manager* by Seattle Magazine. In 2002, she penned a personal finance book that was recognized by BookBrowse.com as one of the year’s Top 10 Non-Fiction Books.

In her spare time, Meena is a voracious reader and an enthusiastic cook who once cooked a 50-course dinner for her brother’s 50th birthday!
