Ask Meena to Speak
Since 1993, Meena has been sharing her financial knowledge with thousands of people across all walks of life.
She has spoken at Fortune 100 companies, taught investment classes at the City University, and appeared as a financial expert on numerous radio and television programs, including CNBC’s Power Lunch. Between 2003 and 2007, she was a personal finance newspaper columnist for the King County Journal.
Whether she is writing or speaking, her goal is to make it fun, easy, and inspiring for people to embrace personal finance.
In 2013, she won first place in the Toastmaster Area Humorous Speech Contest with the speech “Children from Mars and Venus,” a humorous speech based on the hilarious differences between her two children.
In 2014, she won first place in the Toastmaster Area International Speech Contest with the speech “How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything,” an inspiring speech based on how her mother’s propensity in reusing Saran wrap turned into one of her life mantras.
These speaking accomplishments highlight Meena’s ability to connect with her audience on a variety of topics.
In recent years, she has focused her speaking engagements mostly on social security as she believes it is one of the most important topics for today's baby boomers going into retirement.
