Since 1993, Meena has shared her financial knowledge with thousands of people across all walks of life.
She has spoken at Fortune 100 companies, taught investment classes at City University, and appeared as a financial expert on numerous radio and television programs, including CNBC’s Power Lunch. Between 2003 and 2007, she was a personal finance columnist for the King County Journal.
Whether she is writing or speaking, her goal is to make personal finance fun, approachable, and inspiring.
In 2013, she won first place in the Toastmasters Area Humorous Speech Contest with “Children from Mars and Venus,” a lighthearted speech based on the amusing differences between her two children.
In 2014, she won first place in the Toastmasters Area International Speech Contest with “How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything,” an inspiring speech drawn from how her mother's habit of reusing Saran Wrap became one of her guiding life principles.
These speaking accomplishments reflect Meena’s ability to connect with audiences on a wide range of topics.
